Udemy is offering a free course to help parents, careers, and organizations, as well as people in the Autism spectrum or dyslexic people. The course is organized by the Infinite Minds Academy, a Digital Tech training academy focusing on training people with Special Needs, in particular those with Autism and Dyslexia.
Digitalization for all
This course is designed to support parents and careers to ensure that the benefits of digitalization also extend to people with Special Needs (this includes those who are autistic, dyslexic, Down Syndrome, Asperger, Cerebral Palsy and several others). This Digital Tech training course is part of a series of other training specifically designed for people with Special Needs.
The talents of people with Special Needs are often hidden because they are rarely given the opportunity to develop them because of their perceived limitations or inculpabilities – in schools, in the workplace, or in their wider community. The Covid-19 pandemic has put more obstacles for people with Special Needs who want to enter the labor market and find ways to make a living sustainably. In response, the course aims to provide the skills and training needed to make people with Special Needs self-sustainable and independent.
