This digital skills course has been developed with the objective of enhancing productivity and work efficiency through the utilization of large language models, such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

This course is aimed at fostering participants‘ expertise in utilizing LLMs to boost their productivity and efficiency in various aspects of their professional life. The 2-hour session focuses on providing participants with a general overview of LLMs and their potential, while cultivating transversal skills necessary for implementing digital transformation within their organization.

Learning outcomes

Upon the completion of the course, the participant will be able to:

  1. Understand the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  2. Apply the main guidelines and recommendations for generating prompts.
  3. Use LLMs in a wide range of different contexts: content synthesis (including text documents, videos, webinars, etc.), content generation (email templates, generation of minutes for remote meetings, etc.), translation, monitoring customer reviews, etc.
  4. Compare the performance of ChatGPT and Bard on the same tasks.
  5. Utilize LLMs as assistants to streamline several routine computer-based tasks, reducing the time needed for completion.
