Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet is co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and network companies.

Network members include private and commercial semi-state companies, based within the Republic of Ireland. The aim of the public-private partnership (PPP) is to facilitate access to industry-led programmes and expand the national knowledge base when it comes to skills and technology. In addition, the organisation creates a wide variety of upskilling programmes on many current digital and technology topics, and is active in the area of cyber and network security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and general digital competences. Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet also provides support to organisations from the private sector when it comes to tailored workforce training programmes, which aim to foster the development of digital and future proof skills for the Irish workforce.

The organisation supports the development of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) through the provision of knowledge and monitoring of technological trends. The training programmes, developed by Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet, are frequently updated and redesigned to correspond to latest developments within the digital sector. There is no fee for organisations, interested to join as members.
