The Ministry of Transport of Romania (MT) is the national public authority in Romania which establishes the national policy in the field of transportation, the strategy and the specific regulations for the harmonisation and development of transport activities in the framework of the general policy of the Romanian Government.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Society was reorganised in 2020 by amalgamation with the Ministry of Transport, forming the current Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications.
