The Lithuanian Association of Public Libraries of Municipalities brings together municipal public libraries operating in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and represents them in the pursuit of common objectives and cooperation between them, strengthening the image of public libraries, mobilising citizens in the field of digital literacy and the implementation of other formal and informal education programmes.
