The Company was set up on 16 April 1971, its objects being the sale and maintenance of computer products. The Company also carries out global R & D and marketing activities related to large format printers. Finally, the Company provides various administrative services to other companies in the HP Inc Group.
On 13 April 2015, the Company approved and extended to the public the project for its technology infrastructure business for companies, software and associated services, as well as consultancy and application services, integration, outsourcing and business process services for undertakings, which formed an economic unit, in favour of Hewlett-Packard Servicios España, S.L.U. (beneficiary company).
On 17 September 2016, Hewlett-Packard Española, S.L. changed its company name to HP Printing and Computing Solutions S.L. (hereinafter ‘the Company’), also changing its registered office, currently established in Calle José Echegaray 18, Las Rozas, Madrid.
As from the time of the division, the Company is essentially active in Printing’s and Computing’s business.
