How I Learned Code is a project of professionals, passionate by programming and new technologies, founded in 2015, which, under the gaming methodology, aims to promote their learning as an indispensable complement to their curriculum studies.

In How I Learned Code, it is clear that technology applied in primary and secondary education is a means, not an end. We understand programming and robotics from an inclusive position, encouraging the use of “computational thinking”: Structure the mind to sort ideas, look for tools to achieve objectives.

Our methodology is a commitment to new ways of communicating knowledge. The pupil will not play a passive role, he/she is at the forefront of our classes. Gamification is the basis for our methodology.

Technology makes our lessons fun, as a motivational tool. Following the presentation of the theoretical foundations, we raise challenges and projects for the pupil to believe, discover, investigate and come up with a solution, which is debated and contrasted with the teacher and other colleagues.
