The Greek Ministry of Interior is responsible for effective management and empowerment of civil servants, aiming to increase their efficiency and productivity. It plans and monitors policies in order to improve skills of civil servants. The Ministry of Interior is one of the founding members of Greek National Coalition and the responsible for the utilisation of human resources in the Greek public sector.
