The ikans initiative
Ikanos is an initiative of the Basque Government to raise awareness of digital skills, ensure that they are taken into account and facilitate their progress and accreditation throughout society.
The Ikanos model draws up an improvement process with a personalised roadmap to take steps on realistic goals supported by very practical tools, building on the European Commission’s DigComp conceptual framework.
