APDC, the Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications, is a non-profit public institution established in 1984, which aims to promote the development of the communications sector in Portugal. Founded by Gonçalo Sequeira Braga, the APDC today is a dynamic actor in local and national employment policy with more than 50 members of staff, and launches a range of actions to streamline employment and increase the availability of digital talent on a national level. It also aims to encourage more dialogue and reflection onto the most innovative themes in the ICT industry in Portugal.
