The Danish IT Association and Association are currently publishing a new publication with four recommendations to ensure an equal digital future. At the same time, Dansk IT points to a number of concrete initiatives to help implement the recommendations.
The publication “Dansk IT recommendations for an equivalent digital future” (download as a PDF here)has been developed by the Danish Public Sector Information Technology Committee. Behind the publication, a working group dealing with the issue of digital inclusion or its lack of digital inclusion for two years and organised workshops with participants from different backgrounds as part of their work to create a dialogue that could help ensure a vision and vision.
“Overcoming digital silence requires a fundamental cultural change in the way digitalisation is designed to date. We need to shift the focus from digitisation projects with potential for efficiency to development of well-being, with secure digital support. Security is essential and absolutely essential for achieving potential efficiencies,” says one of the publication’s main indications.

Recommendation 4: Civic Training is a Social Responsibility
Nine concrete initiatives to contribute to the implementation of the recommendations
Initiative 1: The leader must take responsibility for the entire journey of the service and experience citizen-oriented services themselves, testing them before
Initiative 2: Take the citizen seriously: analysing transaction patterns and enhancing user interaction
Initiative 3: Citizens and citizens’ representatives must be involved at all stages of the initiative on the development of service
missions 4: Dansk IT sets up and manages an initiative of the
Citizens’ Council 5: All public organisations must ensure the possibility of physical cooperation
Initiative 6: Single entry point for digital mandates
Initiative 7: Exploring the possibility to help citizens with remote digital support
Initiative 8: Learning Objectives for Citizens’ Competences
in Folkeskole and Upper Secondary Education 9: OBS returns to multiple channels

Christiansborg Conference
In connection with Dansk IT’s publication on Friday 9 June in Christiansborg, an important conference will take place, entitled: Everyone is talking about digital inclusion – now we need to find solutions.
The conference is attended by a large number of leading politicians, including Minister for Digitalisation Marie Bjerre (V) and Professor of the Committee on Digitalisation of the Danish Parliament, Lisbeth Bech-Nielsen (SF), a number of stakeholder organisations, Danish IT representatives and ordinary citizens.
