The Commission, in collaboration with the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), has started a new call for proposals, offering a total of EUR 71 million in funding through the Digital Europe Work Programme 2023-2024. This funding is allocated to cybersecurity initiatives aimed at strengthening operational collaboration and capacities shared with EU Member States.

The Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) is an EU funding initiative with a primary aim to facilitate the uptake of digital technology among businesses, citizens and public administrations.

Horizon Europe is the EU’s main funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of EUR 95.5 trillion.
