Presentation of new services for the public sector

In April 2023, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced a new service– AmazonBedrock – making it simple and practical for public sector organisations to benefit from creative Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Amazon Bedrock service, which is now piloted, helps organisations to create and scale up applications based on creative AI-based applications, using API Foundation Models. LUs are fundamental to build AI experiences, such as ChatGPT. Amazon Bedrock makes MUs, including two Large Language Models (LLMs) developed by Amazon, accessible through a manageable AWS service designed to be scalable, reliable and secure.

Also, in June 2023, AWS announced the Digital Evidence Archive (DEA) service in AWS, a new app to store and manage the growing volume of digital evidence of justice and public security services. This solution contributes to the services’ management of digital evidence data through a simple working environment, which complies with the requirements of Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), audit and accountability reports, financial audit and many more.

What you will learn:

  • How creative AI can contribute to improving efficiency and performance, accelerating innovation, and reducing costs.
  • How creative AI services can be harnessed through Amazon Bedrock and Amazon CodeWhisperer, a combination of AI coding, to improve developers’ productivity.
  • How organisations can store and manage their digital evidence, through a simple interface with the user, using a reliable, unlimited, secure and compatible cloud storage space.

Who should attend the event?
Public sector organisations in the US or worldwide, regardless of their level in machine learning or cloud.
