On International Women’s Day, Thursday 5 March 2026, the WomenTech Network invites you to a global panel that highlights women shaping the future of technology – and facing one of the most urgent questions of our time:

How do we balance a fast-evolving technological world?

This year’s official theme, “Balance the Scales” as announced by UN Women, is a call to deconstruct the systemic barriers that limit access to leadership, opportunity and impact. In the area of technology – where Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and digital platforms are shaping our future – we need to make sure that women are not just participants, but leaders.

Because when AI develops without a variety of voices, it replicates the gaps of the past. But when designed with inclusion in mind, it becomes a force for fairness, innovation and global progress.

So how do we ensure that AI develops ethically – and for all?

It all starts with who is at the decision-making table and evolves through leadership that reflects the world we are building. This panel brings together pioneering women from engineering, AI, product management, data and top management to share how they drive innovation with inclusion – and how they shape the future of technology with purpose and integrity.

What to expect from the panel

  • Direct experiences from women leaders in AI, engineering, product management and emerging technologies.
  • Honest discussion about leadership, innovation and influence in today’s technological environment.
  • How to promote inclusive design and innovation in fast-evolving, high-impact environments.
  • How to evolve and lead in rapid technological change – and help others emerge.

To whom it may concern

Whether you are a software engineer, product management leader, executive, founder, designer, data scientist, student or ally – if you are building the future of technology (or want to build it), this conversation is for you.

Join now and celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 by learning from women shaping the future of technology.
