On 19 February, the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform, together with the DigComp Community of Practice, hosted a webinar on the implementation of DigComp 3.0 across EU Member States.

The European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp) defines the digital skills needed to participate confidently in today’s society, supporting individuals of all ages in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. In November 2025, the European Commission launched DigComp 3.0, updating the framework to reflect technological developments since 2022 and their impact on digital competence.

During the webinar, speakers presented the key novelties of DigComp 3.0 and outlined how stakeholders in EU Member States would implement the framework. Participants explored practical examples and tools they could adapt to their contexts.
