On 3-4 March 2026, the European Employment and Social Rights Forum returns for its fourth edition, bringing together policymakers, social partners, civil society, business leaders and citizens to debate the future of Europe’s social model.
How can we support workers and businesses through ongoing change? What policies are needed to prepare the next generation for a rapidly evolving world of work? And how can Europe ensure that progress remains fair and inclusive?
Over two days of high-level discussions, the Forum will explore how to secure quality jobs, strengthen social protection systems and promote fair opportunities for all — while adapting to technological innovation, economic pressures and an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
