Functionalities of the Tool

Mathi stands out for its rich and varied features, designed to make learning mathematics more accessible and engaging for students, including:

  • Interactive exercises covering the main mathematical topics of the Luxembourgish primary and secondary curricula, such as arithmetic, geometry, and algebra. Feedback is provided immediately, enhancing learning and reinforcing accuracy.
  • Educational videos: clear, visual representations of complex mathematical concepts, available in several languages (Luxembourgish, French, German, and English).
  • Educational games: games based on gamification psychology to boost student engagement, with challenges and rewards to encourage participation.
  • Evaluation tools: adaptive tests and performance reports that make it possible to identify students’ strengths and weaknesses, helping teachers adapt their pedagogy.
  • Multilingual interface: the tool is available in several languages – a design element that reflects the linguistic diversity of Luxembourg.

Directed at students and teachers, Mathi is an ideal companion to enhance further mathematics’ teaching and learning. Students can access a variety of exercises and explanatory videos to strengthen their math skills at their own pace. They also have plenty of games at their disposal, including educational games and daily challenges to help with maintaining constant engagement.
