Microsoft is launching the TechYour Future initiative and offers for the first time the opportunity for young people at the beginning of their careers to acquire cutting-edge digital skills, combining education alongside paid work at large companies.

Eurobank and PwC Greece are the first companies to adopt the initiative and actively support the digital empowerment of the young generation, offering a full program of professional employment and education.

The “Tech Your Future” initiative is aimed at university graduates with a passion for technology and the most modern digital applications, without a related IT degree. Stakeholders will be able to familiarise themselves with innovative technological tools and specialise in a multitude of new digital objects, belonging to the two major companies that have embraced the initiative since its first year of implementation.

The course of training and parallel work experience has a total duration of two years. Eurobank and PwC Greece will choose from 10 university graduates, who will have the opportunity to specialise in Microsoft cloud computing, data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies, through their collaboration with renowned professionals of the two companies that utilise these technologies in a range of different work areas.

Finally, at the end of the program, the participants continue to work in the companies participating in the initiative, while at the same time they will have enriched their CV with recognised certifications related to Information & Cyber Security, Information Systems Audit, IT Governance and Data Analytics, which will enhance their prospects for their next professional steps.
