Microsoft is launching the Tech Your Future initiative and for the first time offers young people at the start of their career the opportunity to acquire advanced digital skills, combining education with paid work in large companies.

Eurobank and PwC Greece are the first companies to adopt the initiative and actively support the digital strengthening of the younger generation, offering a full programme of employment and professional education.

The “Tech Your Future” initiative is aimed at university graduates with a passion for technology and the most modern digital applications, without related IT degree. Stakeholders will be able to familiarise themselves with innovative technological tools and specialise in a large number of new digital objects, belonging to the two major companies that have embraced the initiative from its first year of implementation.

The training course and parallel work experience has a total duration of two years. Eurobank and PwC Greece will select from 10 university graduates, who will have the opportunity to specialise in Microsoft cloud computing, data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies, through their collaboration with renowned professionals of the two companies using these technologies in a range of different work areas.

Finally, at the end of the programme, participants continue to work in the companies participating in the initiative, while at the same time enriching their CV with recognised certifications related to Information & Cyber Security, Information Systems Audit, IT Governance and Data Analytics, which will improve their prospects for their next professional steps.
