The Digital Civil Service, a measure of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan carried out in collaboration between the Department for Digital Transformation and the Department for Youth Policy and the Universal Civil Service, is one of the key measures for the development of digital skills. The current notice for the Bodies of the Universal Civil Service provides for the presentation of programs for about 2,500 young volunteers, which follow the approximately 4,600 of the second notice of 2023, for a total of over eight thousand in the three-year period. How to present the programs Each institution, following the guidelines of the Digital Civil Service Framework Programme, may present one or more intervention programs on digital facilitation and education services in response to the Notice. The deadline is 28 March 2024 at 2 p.m. Access for the submission of programmes by the entity holding the registration in the Universal Civil Service Register is via SPID.
