In an increasingly unstable and crisis-prone global context, the European Union is shifting towards a more proactive approach to preparedness and comprehensive security. Strengthening trust and cooperation between EU institutions, Member States and key stakeholders is essential to counter growing threats such as cyber-attacks, disinformation and foreign interference.
