The Master’s Degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Pavia aims to train professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills required to face the growing internationalisation of today’s economic environment, as well as to engage in entrepreneurial and innovation processes. The programme offers an interdisciplinary education combining managerial, economic, legal and quantitative competences.
Entirely taught in English, the course focuses on the international aspects of economics and business disciplines and is supported by the strong research traditions of the Department of Economics and Management. It provides the tools needed to operate in institutional contexts characterised by high levels of internationalisation and globalisation, with particular attention to the dynamics of the Digital Economy, High Technology management, and the successful implementation of sustainability in international contexts.

Students can choose among three tracks, each focusing on a key area of modern business:
- International management track: focused on global strategy, cross-cultural management, and international finance;
- Digital management track: addressing digital transformation, innovation management, and the digital economy;
- Sustainable management track: focused on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and green innovation.
Graduates will be able to analyse global markets, design innovative and sustainable business models, and apply entrepreneurial strategies in multicultural and digitalized environments.
