The Lithuanian Cybercrime Center of Excellence for Training, Research, and Education (L3CE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of Lithuanian and EU law enforcement in combating cybercrime. L3CE addresses emerging security challenges, including hybrid threats and information security, and collaborates with European networks such as CMINE, ENLETS, SENTER, and iLEANET. It also conducts national and EU-funded projects, offering training programs, forensic tools, and new technologies to law enforcement across Europe.
