On 23 April 2024, the Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) published a Call for Tenders with an estimated budget of 8 million euros to maintain and improve the European Digital Skills and Jobs Platform under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP). The offer aims to improve the functionality of the platform through technical maintenance, content creation, and user-friendly design.
The main objectives of the call for tenders include strengthening the operation of the platform, fostering collaboration among national digital skills coalitions, and facilitating exchanges between these coalitions and the Platform. Activities will focus on:

Technical maintenance of existing web application.

Creating content tailored to European digital skills needs and raising awareness of the digital skills gap.

Ensuring a user-centric, accessible and data protected platform design.

Support to national coalitions with content, planning, and technical assistance.

Increasing the involvement of national coalitions and enlarging the platform’s membership base.

Organise webinars and workshops to promote collaboration and best practices.

Develop a communication plan to reach new audiences and involve stakeholders.
The Platform will provide services such as updating the European repository of digital skills, offering information on public funding and training opportunities, and linking users to digital skills policies and strategies at both European and national level.
The offer aims to address the digital skills gap in the EU effectively and promote a more digitally skilled workforce across Europe, while contributing to achieving EU policy goals.
The submission deadline is 11 June 2024, 12.00 time Europe/Brussels.
