The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is committed to improving the quality of life for Ohioans with developmental disabilities and their families. DODD oversees a statewide system of services and supports for people with developmental disabilities and their families. DODD does this by developing services that ensure a person’s health and safety, encouraging participation in the community, increasing opportunities for meaningful employment, and providing residential services and support from early childhood through adulthood.
