Women4Cyber is a non-profit European private foundation with the objective to promote, encourage and support the participation of women in the field of cybersecurity.

The initiative aims to encourage and promote the training, skills enhancement and retraining of women towards cyber, both in STEM disciplines and in humanistic disciplines (psychology, international relations, law, political science…).

Women4Cyber is committed to addressing the challenge of women’s inclusion in the workforce by nurturing and enhancing female talent, bridging the skills gap between genders and promoting gender balance and inclusion in the professional sphere.

At national levels, Women4Cyber support women in the field of cybersecurity through the Women4Cyber Chapters.
