BeCode was founded in 2016 by a group of Belgian-based entrepreneurs, and since 2017 the organisation has been providing coding bootcamps for jobseekers who want to become developers in conjunction with the French coding school Simplon. BeCode’s mission is to help the digital talents of tomorrow blossom and achieve their professional goals through education. The organisation also aims to bridge the gap between employers and jobseekers and tackle the shortage of digital skills for all, ultimately leading to a more inclusive workforce. The programs include individual support for enabling future professional success.
