The Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy Luxembourg (ADEM), part of the Luxembourg Government, is responsible for 3 policy fields: Employment, Labour law and relations with industry, and the Social and Solidarity Economy.
Within these fields, the Ministry defines and outlines strategic goals and priorities, and monitors and coordinates their implementation. Within the remit of the Ministry fall several essential Luxembourg administrations – the National Employment Agency, the Inspectorate of Labour and Mines, and the Labour College.
