National Association for Distance Training – NDPA

The National Association for Distancing Training – the NDMA was set up in July 1998 to promote the development of the Lithuanian Information Society by developing and improving the quality of distance training (DM). The main objective of the NDPA is to provide equal access to education for all Lithuanian citizens regardless of their place of residence.
