We are a non-profit organisation, without political affiliation or religious confession, which since 2001 has been fighting child poverty in Spain through education.
What do we pursue?
Give children at risk of exclusion equal opportunities to develop their talent and break the poverty cycle.
Raising awareness of the social reality of disadvantaged groups by promoting awareness and involvement of society.
The Balia Foundation promotes and implements pedagogical projects with the aim of:
- Prevent situations of abandonment and isolation.
- Combating school failure.
- Enhancing education in values.
- Facilitate social inclusion by supporting families with limited financial resources and often struggling to reconcile.
