Established in 1902 in Milan, Università Bocconi was the fist Italian institution of higher education to grant degrees in economics. Bocconi today is research university of international standing in the fields of business, economics, and law. Research projects undertaken by Bocconi are funded by national and supranational institutions. Additionally, Bocconi takes part in a European and global network of exchange with other business and economics universities across Europe and the United States of America. This enables their faculty to take part in professional exchanges and cooperate on large projects with universities in this network.
Università Bocconi offers Bachelor, Master of Science, and PhD degree programmes in Management, Economics, Law and other disciplines. Alongside these formal education programmes, various advanced courses and post-experience programmes are offered to managers and professionals in both public and private management.
